Account deletion

You can ask support to delete your Veilroad: No Way Out account and its associated personal data. You do not need to sign in to the game to send a request.

1. Identify your account

Include your player name or username and sign-in method. If possible, send the request from the email address linked to your account. For Google or Telegram sign-in, include the relevant email address or username.

Do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment details or identity documents. Support will explain how to verify account ownership safely.

2. Verify ownership

Support will reply and may ask for additional ownership confirmation. If you have lost access to your old email address, mention this in your request: you will first need to establish a way to verify ownership.

3. Receive deletion confirmation

Processing and deletion take up to 30 days after ownership verification. Support will confirm the outcome by email.

What data is deleted

Your account, sign-in details and Google/Telegram links within Veilroad, profile and associated personal data are deleted. Your game progress, inventory and account-owned property will be lost. Account-linked messages, user-created content and analytics records are deleted or anonymized so they no longer identify the player.

Aggregate anonymous statistics may be retained without an account link. If specific information must be kept to comply with law or resolve a dispute, support will explain which data is retained, why and for how long.

This request applies only to Veilroad: No Way Out. It does not delete your Google or Telegram account or accounts in other games. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
